1Thoroughly wash the Gondhoraj lemons. Slice one lemon into thin rounds for garnish and set aside.
2Cut the remaining Gondhoraj lemon into halves. Gently squeeze out the juice into a large pitcher, being careful to avoid pressing the white pith too much to prevent bitterness. Remove any seeds from the Gondhoraj lemon juice.
3Add granulated sugar to the Gondhoraj lemon juice in the pitcher. Stir well until the granulated sugar completely dissolves.
