In a medium saucepan, combine 250 grams of Water, Unsalted butter, 10 grams of Granulated sugar, and Salt. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil over medium heat.

Once boiling, remove the saucepan from the heat and immediately add the All-purpose flour all at once. Stir vigorously with a wooden spoon until a smooth ball of dough forms and pulls away from the sides of the pan.

Transfer the dough to a large mixing bowl. Allow it to cool for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is warm but not hot to the touch.
