1Carefully open the package of Silken Tofu and drain any excess liquid. Gently transfer the Silken Tofu to a heatproof serving bowl or individual bowls, taking care not to break its delicate structure.
2In a small saucepan, combine the Rock Sugar, Water, and Fresh Ginger slices. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the Rock Sugar is completely dissolved.
3Reduce the heat to low and let the syrup simmer for 5-7 minutes to allow the flavors of the Fresh Ginger to infuse into the syrup.
