1Soak the 400g Garaetteok in warm water for at least 10 minutes to soften. Drain well before use.
2Prepare the vegetables: finely dice the 80g Onion, mince the 20g Garlic, and slice the 15g Green onion for garnish.
3Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add the 10g Neutral cooking oil and then the 100g Bacon. Cook until the Bacon is crispy. Remove the crispy Bacon from the pan and set aside, leaving about 15g of bacon fat in the pan.
