1Pour the Full-fat Milk into a heavy-bottomed pan and bring it to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.
2Once the Full-fat Milk comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer. Continue to stir frequently, scraping down the sides and bottom of the pan to prevent the milk solids from sticking.
3Allow the Full-fat Milk to reduce slowly until it thickens considerably and its volume is reduced to about one-third of the original amount. This process can take 60-90 minutes.
