1Rinse the Pork neck bones thoroughly under cold running water.
2Place the Pork neck bones in a large pot and cover with cold Water. Bring to a rolling boil over high heat and blanch for 5-7 minutes to remove impurities. Skim off any foam that rises to the surface.
3Drain the Pork neck bones and rinse them again under cold running Water to remove any remaining scum. Set aside.
