1Heat 12000 grams of Purified Water to 70°C in a large brewing kettle.
2Add 4000 grams of Pale Malted Barley and 500 grams of Rice Flakes to the heated water. Maintain the mash temperature at 65°C for 60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3Raise the mash temperature to 78°C for 10 minutes to mash out.
