Warm the Whole milk in a large pot over medium-low heat until it reaches approximately 35-40°C (lukewarm). Do not boil.

Dissolve the Rennet tablet in the Water. Remove the pot of warm Whole milk from the heat and stir in the dissolved Rennet tablet mixture. Stir gently for about 30 seconds.

Cover the pot and let the Whole milk sit undisturbed at room temperature for 30-60 minutes, or until it has completely curdled and formed a firm mass (cuajada).
