1Pat the Kingfish steaks dry. Marinate the Kingfish with 2 grams of Turmeric powder and 3 grams of Salt. Set aside for 15 minutes.
2Heat Coconut oil in a wide, heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat. Add Mustard seeds and allow them to splutter. Then add Fenugreek seeds and Curry leaves, frying for a few seconds until fragrant.
3Add sliced Ginger, sliced Garlic, and Green chilies to the pan. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the raw aroma dissipates.
