1Peel the Nendran bananas and slice them into thick, uniform pieces, approximately 1 cm thick and 4-5 cm long.
2In a large bowl, toss the sliced Nendran bananas with the Turmeric powder and Rice flour until evenly coated.
3Heat the Coconut oil in a deep, heavy-bottomed pan or kadai over medium-high heat for deep frying.
