1In a large mixing bowl, combine the Rice flour, White sesame seeds, Cumin seeds, Asafoetida, and Salt. Mix well to ensure all dry ingredients are evenly distributed.
2Gradually add Water to the dry mixture, kneading continuously to form a firm, smooth, and pliable dough. The dough should not be sticky or too dry.
3Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
