1Peel and dice the Bottle gourd into small cubes. Clean and devein the Small prawns.
2Lightly marinate the Small prawns with 1 gram of Turmeric powder and 2 grams of Salt.
3Heat Mustard oil in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat. Add Panch phoron and allow it to splutter for a few seconds.
