1In a heavy-bottomed pan, combine Jaggery and Water. Heat over medium flame, stirring until Jaggery completely dissolves.
2Continue to boil the jaggery syrup until it reaches a soft ball consistency. To test, drop a small amount into cold water; it should form a soft, pliable ball.
3Remove the pan from heat. Gradually add Rice flour to the jaggery syrup, stirring continuously to prevent lumps. Mix until a thick, smooth dough forms.
