1. Prepare the ingredients: Dice the Chicken thigh into 1cm cubes. Finely dice the Onion, Carrot, and Green bell pepper into small pieces.

2. Heat a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add Vegetable oil and Unsalted butter.

3. Add the diced Chicken thigh to the pan and cook until lightly browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes. Season with Salt and Black pepper.
