11. To prepare the dough, combine Atta flour, 50g Ghee, Carom seeds, and 5g Salt in a large bowl. Rub the Ghee into the Atta flour until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
22. Gradually add Water, a little at a time, and knead to form a firm, smooth dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
33. For the filling, heat 30g of Vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add Cumin seeds and let them splutter.
