In a large mixing bowl, combine the Semolina, Rice flour, and All-purpose flour. Mix well.

Add the Yogurt, 600 grams of Water, and Salt to the dry ingredients. Whisk thoroughly to form a smooth, lump-free batter. The batter should be thin and watery, similar to buttermilk consistency.

Stir in the finely chopped Onion, finely chopped Green chili, grated Ginger, Cumin seeds, crushed Black peppercorns, finely chopped Curry leaves, finely chopped Fresh cilantro, and Asafoetida into the batter.
