1Wash and prepare the Tomatoes by either finely chopping them or pureeing them into a smooth paste. Set aside.
2Heat Ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan or kadai over medium heat.
3Once the Ghee is hot, add Mustard seeds. As the Mustard seeds begin to splutter, add Cumin seeds and Asafoetida. Sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.
