Rinse the Yellow Moong Dal thoroughly and soak it in sufficient Water for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.

Drain the soaked Yellow Moong Dal completely. Transfer the drained dal to a grinder along with Green Chili, Ginger, Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida (Hing), Turmeric Powder, and 150 grams of Water.

Grind the mixture to a smooth batter. Add more Water gradually if needed to achieve a pourable consistency, similar to regular dosa batter.
