1Rinse the Short-grain rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear, then soak it in cold water for at least 30 minutes. Drain well before use.
2Wash the Napa cabbage leaves, then chop them into small, bite-sized pieces, approximately 1-2 cm in size.
3Finely mince the Garlic. Thinly slice the Green onion for garnish.
