1Clean the Barramundi fish thoroughly and pat dry. Cut into 4-6 pieces and make a few shallow scores on each piece.
2Marinate the Barramundi fish pieces with 2 grams of Turmeric powder and 3 grams of Salt. Set aside for 15 minutes.
3Soak the Yellow mustard seeds and Black mustard seeds in warm water for 15 minutes.
