2Heat a wok over high heat until smoking. Add Vegetable oil, then add the Ground pork. Stir-fry, breaking it apart, until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the cooked Ground pork from the wok and set aside, leaving about 10g of oil in the wok.
3Add the white parts of the Scallions, minced Garlic, and minced Ginger to the wok. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
