Drain the soaked Short-grain white rice thoroughly.
In a bowl, combine the Beef sirloin with 5g of Soy sauce, 5g of Sesame oil, Minced garlic, and Black pepper. Mix well.
In a large pot, heat the remaining 5g of Sesame oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned Beef sirloin and sauté until it is no longer pink.
