1 pound bucatini, spaghetti of linguine

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Toss the breadcrumbs with 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1 tablespoon thyme. Spread them on a baking sheet, and toast in the oven 8 to 10 minutes, stirring once or twice, until golden brown.
