Rabbit cacciatore

Heat 41 g olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Coat 900 g rabbit pieces in seasoned flour; brown in hot oil until golden, about 8 minutes. Set aside.

Add 300 g diced onion and 3 g minced garlic to the pot; cook over low heat until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
