Rabbit cacciatore

Coat 900g rabbit pieces with salted and peppered flour; set aside.

Heat 41g olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat; brown rabbit pieces on all sides, 8–10 minutes total. Transfer to a plate.

In the same pot, add 300g diced onion and 3g minced garlic; sauté over medium heat until softened, 4–5 minutes.
