1Peel the guanabana and carefully remove all seeds from the pulp. Discard the skin and seeds.
2In a blender, combine the guanabana pulp, piloncillo, and 500 grams of water. Blend until the mixture is smooth and the piloncillo has dissolved completely.
3Pour the blended guanabana mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher, pressing on any solids with a spoon to extract all liquid. Discard the remaining fibers.
