1Marinate the Chicken pieces with 5 grams of Salt, 2 grams of Turmeric powder, 5 grams of Red chili powder, and Yogurt for at least 30 minutes. For best results, marinate for 2-4 hours in the refrigerator.
2Heat Ghee in a heavy-bottomed pot or Kadai over medium heat.
3Add Cumin seeds, Bay leaf, Cinnamon stick, Green cardamom, Black cardamom, and Cloves to the hot Ghee. Sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
