1Wash the Guayabas thoroughly. Remove the ends and cut them into quarters.
2In a blender, combine the quartered Guayabas with 100 grams of Pulque natural. Blend until smooth.
3Strain the Guayabas mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher, pressing down on the solids with a spoon to extract all the liquid. Discard the solids.
