1. In a large bowl, combine Atta flour and 3 grams of Salt. Gradually add Water, kneading until a soft, pliable dough forms. Add 10 grams of Ghee and knead for another 2-3 minutes until smooth. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.

2. For the filling, crumble the Paneer into a bowl. Add finely chopped Onion, finely chopped Green chili, grated Fresh ginger, chopped Fresh cilantro, Garam masala, Coriander powder, Cumin powder, Red chili powder, Amchur powder, and 3 grams of Salt. Mix everything gently until well combined, ensuring not to mash the Paneer too much.

3. Divide the rested dough into 4 equal portions and roll each into a smooth ball. Similarly, divide the Paneer filling into 4 equal portions.
