1In a small bowl, combine Active dry yeast with 50 grams of the Water (for dough) and 5 grams of the Granulated sugar (for dough). Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
2In a large mixing bowl, combine All-purpose flour, Baking powder, and the remaining 10 grams of Granulated sugar (for dough).
3Pour the activated yeast mixture, remaining Water (for dough), and Vegetable oil (for dough) into the flour mixture. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
