1Bring a pot of water to a boil. Carefully add the Firm tofu cubes and blanch for 2 minutes. This helps firm the tofu and remove excess water. Drain and set aside.
2In a wok or large pot, heat Vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add Minced pork and stir-fry until browned and crumbly, about 3-4 minutes. Break up any large clumps.
3Push the Minced pork to one side of the wok. Add minced Ginger, minced Garlic, and Dried chilies to the empty side. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
