1In a large bowl, combine 500 grams of Whole Milk, 100 grams of Sweetened Condensed Milk, and 30 grams of Granulated Sugar. Stir until the Granulated Sugar is fully dissolved.
2Pour the milk mixture into shallow freezer-safe containers or ice cube trays. Freeze for at least 6-8 hours, or preferably overnight, until completely solid.
3While the milk mixture freezes, prepare the Fresh Mango. Peel the Fresh Mango and carefully cut the flesh away from the pit. Dice the Fresh Mango into bite-sized cubes.
