1Combine shiratamako, Granulated Sugar, and Water in a microwave-safe bowl. Mix thoroughly until no lumps remain.
2Cover the bowl loosely with plastic wrap and microwave for 1 minute at 600W. Stir the mixture well with a wet spatula.
3Cover again and microwave for another 30-60 seconds, or until the mixture becomes translucent and sticky, forming a cohesive gyuhi dough.
