2To the smoothed Chhena, add Maida, Semolina, Baking soda, 5 grams of Ghee, 10 grams of Sugar, and 1 gram of Green cardamom powder. Knead the mixture vigorously for another 10-15 minutes until a very smooth, pliable dough forms. The dough should not have any cracks.
3Divide the dough into small, equal portions and roll each portion into a perfectly smooth, crack-free ball. Ensure there are no visible seams on the surface of the balls.
