Rinse the Okdom thoroughly under cold water and pat completely dry with paper towels. Make three to four shallow diagonal scores on both sides of the Okdom.

Season the Okdom generously with Salt on both sides and inside the cavities. Let it sit for 15 minutes to allow the salt to penetrate.

While the Okdom is resting, prepare the dipping sauce. In a small bowl, combine Soy sauce, minced Garlic, chopped Green onion, Toasted sesame seeds, Gochugaru, and grated Ginger. Mix well and set aside.
