In a large mixing bowl, combine the Glutinous rice flour and Granulated sugar.

Gradually add the Hot water to the flour mixture, stirring with chopsticks or a spoon until a shaggy dough forms. Knead the dough by hand for about 5-7 minutes until it is smooth, pliable, and no longer sticky. If the dough is too dry, add a tiny bit more hot water; if too wet, add a little more glutinous rice flour.

Divide the Red bean paste into 10-12 equal portions and roll each into a small ball.
