1Rehydrate the Dried Gondeure by soaking it in 1000g of Water for at least 8 hours or overnight. After soaking, drain the Water, then boil the Gondeure in fresh water for 30-40 minutes until tender. Rinse the Gondeure under cold water, squeeze out excess moisture, and chop it into 3-4 cm pieces.
2In a bowl, season the chopped Gondeure with 15g of Korean soup soy sauce, 5g of Minced garlic, 5g of Perilla oil, and 2g of Toasted sesame seeds. Mix well and set aside.
3Wash the Short-grain rice thoroughly until the water runs clear. Drain the Short-grain rice.
