Wash and thoroughly dry the Okra. Trim the ends and chop the Okra into 2 cm pieces.

Heat 5 grams of Ghee in a pan. Add the chopped Okra and sauté on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until the sliminess reduces and the Okra is lightly cooked. Set aside.

In a blender, combine Fresh Grated Coconut, Green Chilies, Ginger, Cumin Seeds, Turmeric Powder, and Rice Flour with 50 grams of water. Grind to a very smooth paste.
