1Thoroughly clean the Whole young chicken, removing any internal organs and excess fat. Pat dry.
2Carefully clean the Snapping turtle. For preparation, blanch the Snapping turtle in boiling water for 10 minutes to remove impurities and any strong odor. Drain and rinse well.
3Peel the Fresh ginger and 50 grams of the Garlic cloves. Slice the Fresh ginger into thick pieces. Prepare the Korean ginseng root by gently scrubbing it clean. Rinse the Dried jujube. Peel the Fresh chestnuts and shell the Ginkgo nuts.
