1Gently wash and hull the Strawberries, removing the green tops. Pat them completely dry with a paper towel.
2Divide the Tsubu-an into 8-10 equal portions, approximately 20-25 grams each. Flatten each portion into a disc.
3Carefully wrap each Strawberry with a disc of Tsubu-an, ensuring the entire strawberry is covered except for the very tip.
