1Boil 500g Potatoes until tender. Peel and mash them thoroughly, ensuring no lumps. Set aside in a mixing bowl.
2Finely chop 15g Green chili and 10g Fresh cilantro.
3Heat 50g Vegetable oil (from the total amount) in a small tempering pan over medium heat. Add 3g Mustard seeds and let them splutter.
