1Cut the Pork spareribs into 3-4 cm pieces. Rinse them thoroughly under cold running water.
2Bring a large pot of Water to a boil. Add the Pork spareribs and Salt. Blanch for 5 minutes, then drain and rinse the ribs again to remove any scum. Set aside.
3Peel and slice the Ginger. Smash the Garlic cloves. Cut the Scallion into 5 cm segments.
