1Rinse 100 grams of dried gosari thoroughly under cold running water.
2Place the rinsed dried gosari in a large pot and cover with 2000 grams of water. Soak for at least 12 hours, or overnight, changing the water once if possible.
3After soaking, drain the water. Add fresh water to the pot, ensuring the gosari is fully submerged. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 to 2 hours, or until the gosari is tender but still has a slight chew.
