1Place the Dried tofu skin in a large bowl and cover with warm water. Let it rehydrate for at least 30 minutes, or until soft and pliable. Drain thoroughly.
2Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the rehydrated Dried tofu skin and blanch for 2-3 minutes to remove any raw bean flavor. Drain immediately and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Squeeze out excess water.
3Slice the blanched Dried tofu skin into thin strips, approximately 0.5 cm wide and 5-7 cm long.
