1Rinse Toor Dal, Chana Dal, and Urad Dal thoroughly under running water. Soak the mixed dals in 500 ml of Water for at least 30 minutes.
2Drain the soaked dals and transfer them to a pressure cooker. Add 1000 ml of Water, 2 grams of Turmeric Powder, and 5 grams of Salt. Pressure cook for 4-5 whistles or until the dals are tender and well-cooked. Allow the pressure to release naturally.
3While the dals are cooking, finely chop the Onion and Green Chili. Grate or finely chop the Tomato.
