In a large pot, combine the cut Yam, Raw Plantain, Carrot, Green Beans, Drumstick, and Ash Gourd. Add Turmeric Powder, Salt, and Water. Cover and cook on medium heat until the vegetables are tender but still hold their shape, about 10-12 minutes.

While vegetables are cooking, grind the Freshly Grated Coconut, Green Chilies, and Cumin Seeds with a small amount of water to a coarse paste.
