In a large bowl, combine Dahi, Water, Salt, and Black salt. Whisk thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and lump-free, resembling thin buttermilk.
Finely chop the Green chili and Fresh cilantro. Grate the Ginger.
Heat Ghee in a small tempering pan (tadka pan) over medium heat.
