1Peel the Raw banana and cut them into small, uniform cubes. Immediately immerse the Raw banana cubes in water to prevent discoloration.
2Drain the Raw banana cubes and boil or steam them until they are tender but still hold their shape, about 5-7 minutes. Do not overcook. Drain thoroughly and set aside.
3Heat the Sesame oil in a large pan or kadai over medium heat. Once hot, add the Mustard seeds and allow them to splutter.
