1In a medium saucepan, combine 400g Water (For kanten) and 4g Agar-agar powder. Let it sit for 5 minutes to hydrate the Agar-agar powder.
2Heat the saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until the Agar-agar powder is completely dissolved and the mixture comes to a gentle boil.
3Add 30g Granulated sugar (For kanten) to the boiling mixture and stir until the Granulated sugar (For kanten) is fully dissolved.
