Heat 10 grams of vegetable oil in a large non-stick pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced pork belly and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the sliced yellow onion and minced garlic to the pan with the pork belly. Continue to stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the yellow onion softens.
